I was just introduced to iTunes Signiture Maker. This evasive little buddy will compile an mp3 of snippets from your Most Played list. Or, since every good thing in the world is completely customizable, and this is no different, you can choose songs from your Recently Played list, adjust the mp3 length, snippet length, and so on.
